Plexinkglas
Plexinkglas originates from the exploration of the relationship between graphic signs and their potential micro-interactions, within the realm of analog.
The tool, capable of printing based on the principles of forces and hand-object contact, is entirely made of plexiglass.
Indeed, the object is composed of three rollers, with the central one engraved, giving users not only the possibility to obtain various textures based on the type of ink or paper used but also to visualize the entire printing process thanks to its transparency.
The fully removable structure allows for the placement of neoprene cushions on the inking roller and the regulating roller, if necessary, so that different papers and dissimilar inks can interact.
The uniqueness of the device lies precisely in its manufacture, which, being translucent, allows light transmission through it, also giving it the ability to reflect different light sources and create shadows.
